Held workflow integrity through 7× operational scaling, as pharmacy-wide volume grew from roughly 60 to 400–500 prescriptions per day.
Assumed acting operations responsibility during the senior pharmacist's extended medical leave: daily ordering, inventory management, and after-hours backlog clearing, once clearing a 100+ prescription backlog solo in 90 minutes.
Managed REMS program execution for iPLEDGE, Clozapine, Revlimid, and Pomalyst, including patient enrollment, monitoring, and REMS audit response.
Served as primary responder to commercial payer audits: PBM clawback and post-payment reviews, assembling documentation packages to payer specifications within response windows.
